A Little of This 'n That

We went to a wedding in the beautiful city of Nashville. Now, if you want to see some cool people in the south, go to Nashville. It is always fun for me to sit back and look at the fashions & hairstyles of some of the most artistic people on this side of the Mississippi.
I did not pull out my camera for the ceremony but I was surprised when I turned around to see the bride enter of how many people had their phones up in the air recording the whole thing. I was not taking pictures so I would not upset the photographer. I guess I am old school.

It was a sweet ceremony and they added something to the reception that I have never seen.
It had a coffee bar! Look at what Jeremy brought to me with a heart on top.
It was a bit strong for this coffee newbie. The coffee baristas were extremely serious about their art and Jeremy said that I could not ask for sweetener because they would have been so offended. I really don't like offending people especially after they just put a pretty heart on my drink so I enjoyed dipping my chocolate sticks in the coffee in hopes of making it a little sweeter in a discreet non-offensive way.

I aim to please.

Uncle Evan showed our family a bit of his talent that most of us do not have.
It might be a little hard to see but Evan made an Aquabat pumpkin for Chase.
I think I am safe to say that we might have the only pumpkin with the Aquabat symbol in our area. Chase was thrilled. I just stood in a bit of awe. I can only draw stick figures.

I went to the grocery store today and realized that my love of all things pumpkin might be a little out of control.
(Not pictured is the pumpkin pie creamer and pumpkin spice eggo's)
I felt the need to grab up all the pumpkin items I could because they are all about to go "bye bye" as Isabella would say. Why, oh why, can't we just have pumpkin flavors year around?
(No, the Muddy Buddy Chex Mix is not pumpkin flavored but it is out for the holidays and is crazy addicting. Between my new coffee love and all this processed food, I may be needing a serious detox after the holidays)

I think others are feeling the stress of the disappearing pumpkin snacks.
Look at how the very last box of PopTarts looked from Target.
It looks like a dog got hold of it. It also kinda makes me imagine a scene from a movie where two women fighting over the last Turkey at the grocery store the night before Thanksgiving.
Poor box. The PopTarts still taste good.

If you are a pumpkin fan like me, I encourage you to get out to the store today because it is almost all gone. So sorry to bring you such sad news.

Now, please excuse me as I get my pumpkin fix for breakfast.

Hope you have a blessed day!
